We are proud to announce the budding film star, model-turned-actor of Kannada Film industry Suraj Gowda as the Event Ambassador for Ramanagara Marathon 2016.

The 26 year old, born and brought up in Mysore, is a computer engineering graduate from the VTU by education, and is no stranger to the film and entertainment industry. He won the Mr.Mysore title in 2009 and also Mr.Karnataka title in 2013. He is the winner of the reality show Paradeshadalli paradhata aired on Zee Kannada. Trained by Ramesh at the Rangayana, Gowda has acted in short off beat film Yenanthiya and the main lead in the music video Ninade baduku, besides playing the lead in nearly 10 TV commercials.

Hailing from Mysore, Gowda attributes his inclination towards entertainment industry began with his early interest in performance arts. "KAHI" was his first commercial film. Suraj Gowda has played the lead role in the film Maduveya Mamatheya Kareyole produced under the banner of Thoogudeepa Productions. Running with packed audience, film is a commercial Success.

He was also the Brand Ambassador for a number of popular events and organizations like Mysuru Marathon, Tourism Coorg and was face of the Mysore Fashion Week. Currently the brand ambassador for Tourism Coorg, Century Grande group of hotels and Prashanth's Photography, Suraj's 5'10" handsome personality can only bring these brands rich dividends and laurels for himself and the film industry.
